Navigant Capital Partners Establishes Foundational Partnership with Marketplace 4 Insurance
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Navigant Capital Partners (“Navigant”), a differentiated investment firm focused on start small, scale fast, “platform business building,” announced today that it has made a significant growth investment into Marketplace 4 Insurance (“M4I” or the “Company”), a leading Southeast-based independent insurance brokerage platform. Navigant’s investment will continue to support M4I’s aggressive M&A strategy, which has included eight fully-integrated acquisitions since the Company’s inception in 2019. M4I’s founders and management, including Chief Executive Officer, Jerad Kirk, and Chief Development Officer, Adam Herring, will continue to lead the Company and remain significant shareholders.
